Associate Minister

Josef Xavier Glenn Wallace, Sr. graduated with a Masters Degree in Atmospheric Science from Northwestern University. He received the calling to preach the gospel after moving to the Brundidge, Alabama area in 1988. He later moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where he was licensed and ordained at the Canaan Hill Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Wallace's music ministry began during this same time.

He first served in the position of Minister of Music in 1997 at the Gospel Tabernacle Church of God in Christ. Reverend Wallace came to Lake Elam Missionary Baptist Church in 2003 under the leadership of Pastor Richard Russell.

He currently serves in the capacity of Associate Minster and Minster of Music. Reverend Wallace is married to Tina Hawkins-Wallace and they have two children; Josef Jr. and Sarah Estell.
